Ignite UA, International software development outsourcing company (www.igniteoutsourcing.com) invites highly skilled QA Engineer to take full time position in our Kiev office. We are looking for a responsible, reliable,hard working, with lots of potential.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Analyze product requirements, create test descriptions, and identify deliverables
Create test plans
Review deployment documents
Execute testing tasks, isolate problems, report bugs, regress and close bugs
Write test status reports and escalate issues as appropriate
Proactively solve problems and suggest process improvements
Communicate directly with PDM, Dev TL
Assign deployments to Production
Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk
Mentor junior engineers to build their skills and contribution level
Lead 1 ~ 2 QAEs when required

Knowledge and Skills required:

At least 2years of proven testing experience in Web Product QA in a fast-paced software industry
Fast learning skills.
Sharp and strong-minded.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrates analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
In-depth knowledge of Web architecture
Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, relational databases usage and testing (advantage).
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of software testing models and methodologies
Demonstrated basic knowledge of automation testing techniques and tools (advantage).
Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases usage and testing (advantage).
Practical experience in Agile testing and Scrum methodology (advantage).
Practical experience in working with offshore teams.
Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines and support international requests

ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED:

Experience in Microsoft TFS
Test automation:
UI Test automation
Unit test automation
