V&A has been hiring Online Researchers/Recruiters to telecommute from their home offices in Ukraine since 2005 and due to the exceptional growth of the company and new opportunities arising on a daily basis we are currently seeking Online Researchers/Recruiters to join our highly dynamic and progressive team in Ukraine to work with our US based Candidates and Clients

Responsibilities:

-Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using resume databases and networking
-Present and discuss the Client company and job details with potential qualified candidates
-Interview candidates to obtain information on work history, education and their skills
-Assisting in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with Client companies
-Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
-Assist Clients with onboarding process

Requirements:

-Fluent English
-Prior experience working/studying in the USA
-Availability to work from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 am – 5 pm EST)
-Quiet home office and a personal laptop (we cover the internet fee)
-Effective computer skills using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Excellent communication skills
-Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
-Creative and independent thinking
-Flexibility
